Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Thoroughly understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively map them to our IT solutions and services.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our offerings, infused with your genuine enthusiasm for technology.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotes.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual success.
Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Who You Are:
You are genuinely passionate about technology – you follow tech news, experiment with new gadgets/software, and can talk enthusiastically about IT concepts.
You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
You are a natural relationship builder, empathetic, and customer-focused.
You are a self-starter, highly motivated, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
You have strong negotiation and closing skills.
You are organized, with good time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Odoo or any ERP-System is a plus.
A relevant degree or certifications in IT or Business would be an advantage, but your passion and experience are what matter most.
